isn’t it crazy to know that the same moon you’re looking at has been there for ages? i had this simple thought while on a plane about a couple hours away from landing in paris.
think about it: the same moon you’re looking at was once stared at by everyone else who’s come before us. all the greats. people like oscar wilde, alexander graham bell, shakespeare all did the same thing. looked at the same thing. stared up at the sky and thought “cool”.
it’s a bit comforting. and definitely inspiring. it makes me feel like the possibilities are endless.
how many amazing people have you seen, moon?
and more importantly: pay attention. because i’m gonna be one.
